About
Born and raised in Australia, Roxanne is a multi-disciplinary designer who is passionate about UX and UI.
She loves to keep learning wherever she can, keeping a curious mind with her. Roxanne relishes a good puzzle; she enjoys solving problems as it means exercising her creative thinking cap and coming up with design solutions to improve things.
She also revel in working on things with her hands, and as a result there are too many hobbies and craft projects that she wants to improve at or explore more of.
Just from being stuck in Australia and not able to travel overseas due to pandemic restrictions, in 2020 she has picked up three new hobbies to add to that ever-growing list - crochet, plants and terrarium-making.

Keep Curious
Have an open mind, keep asking questions and learning.
I like to know about why a certain decision was made. If there isn’t any justifiable answer, maybe the decision should be re-evaluated as there could be better approaches and options.
Collaborate
Together, the power of the collective can be very strong.
I especially love bouncing ideas with other people and gaining new perspectives. It certainly helps with developing robust projects by taking into considerations the different viewpoints.
Focus
Determine the goal and keep working towards it. Have commitment and motivation to get there!
